The founder is a barefoot academician who aspires to guide enthusiastic young minds. He believes in walking the talk and the use of teaching in real life. He envisions the world to be a sustainable place; he further intends to achieve this vision by helping organise Odisha's food and agricultural sector. Endeavouring sustainable farming practices to thrive a quality of life for small and marginal farmers.

He is an agro-entrepreneur, researcher, and trainer, passionate about fostering academic development and success for students and growers. The problem of the farmers motivated him to take the initiative and be an instrument in bringing some positive changes for the farmers and entrepreneurs.
